Shipping policy

At Thread & Timber, all of our items are handcrafted with care, and many are made to order. Because of this, we kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

We ship all orders using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size and destination of your parcel.

UK Orders:
Shipping costs are included in the product price, so there are no extra delivery charges at checkout.

International Orders:
If you’d like to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before purchasing. We’ll be happy to calculate postage based on the weight, size and destination of your parcel and advise on any customs or delivery timelines.
